Meet the Artisans
Led by Junaid Khatri, the youngest son of master printer Ismail Khatri, this ten-generation artisan family works with a team of 150 skilled craftsmen and women. Their community migrated from Dhamadka after the 2001 earthquake and rebuilt Ajrakhpur together — preserving block-carving, natural dyeing, and hand-printing traditions in an open, collaborative workshop environment. Every textile from this cluster is fully traceable back to the artisans who produced it.
